Marathon Training Run with Running Adventures

2nd April 2017

hugs

We are very lucky that Running Adventures have offered to host a marathon training run us. If you are training for a Spring marathon (or you just fancy a long run) this is the perfect group run for you. This social training run on the stunning Surrey trails will cover 20 miles which is the longest distance in the majority of marathon training plans will cover.

This 20 mile trail route offers the perfect break from pounding the streets. The route is relatively flat although there will be the odd hill, but the climbs are worth it as you are rewarded with amazing views of the Surrey hills.

Our guided run will be a social run and everyone will run together as a group. No one will get left behind and everyone support each other the whole way. We would ask that you can run approximately 11 min/miles though and have a good level of fitness. Matt and his team all have huge experience of training for marathons, so it is also a great opportunity to get all your questions answered.

The run will finish where it started in Guildford, where together we will enjoy a drink and some food in a local pub.
