April 2019 Virtual Racing Challenge
In partnership with Time Is Precious, we are delighted to launch our next Run Mummy Run virtual racing event! April marks the beginning of the Spring race season and it's such a busy time for the running community. There are some amazing marathons taking place including Vienna, Rome, Manchester, Boston, London and many, many more. So, our challenge to you is to run or walk your own marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km), in as many activities as you like, between 1st - 30th April 2019.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR MEDAL
Email [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Screenshots of your tracking app to prove your 26.2 miles between 1st-30th April 2019 (ie Strava, Garmin Connect, etc)
Evidence proving your distance must be submitted via email to [email protected] by midnight 5th May 2019. Evidence submitted after this time will not be accepted and your medal will not be sent.
- This challenge will run from 1st April 2019 - 30th April 2019
- The challenge will close to entries at midnight 31st March 2019
- We aim to approve evidence within 24 hours (Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays) of email submission.
- You will receive an email stating if your evidence has been approved or declined
- UK medals will be sent using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service and international entries are accepted
Time Is Precious was set up in memory of 5 year old Ben halford. He spent 3 ½ years in & out of hospital fighting a brain tumour. His parents set the charity up to help improve the environment & facilities for children & their families in hospital, at such a stressful time. Recently, TIP has expanded to purchase equipment for children in their own homes. This could be anything from Sensory equipment, to items not funded on the NHS such as: Eye Gaze Communication Systems, Specialised seating & standing frames etc. You can read more on their website or visit their Facebook or Twitter pages.
