Run Away Success for RMR CRC in association with ASICS

The highly anticipated launch of Run Mummy Run Community Run Club in association with ASICS (RMR CRC) has been received with resounding success.

Within a short while of registration opening over 1,000 runners had secured their run club membership. Numbers of this level take the club to being one of the top women’s online running clubs from the start.

This is a huge celebration of women’s running and of ASICS’ first official run club vest globally with Run Mummy Run Community Run Club.

Run Mummy Run was established in 2012 and is the leading online community of its kind, for women connected through running. RMR brings women runners together to support and motivate each other, whilst actively promoting kindness, friendship, love, support, equality and unity as core values. The community continues to go from strength to strength in 2021 with over 180,000+ members across channels and growing month on month.

ASICS have been supporting Run Mummy Run as a Family Partner since 2020. ASICS understands the incredible impacts movement can have on the mind which is why it has partnered with Run Mummy Run to help encourage all women to experience the wonderful mental benefits of exercise. A global study launched by ASICS, earlier this month, showed the uplifting impacts running can have on the mind across a number of core cognitive and emotional metrics such as a 14.4% average increase in contentment, 9.7% energy increase and an increase in relaxation (13.3%).
