We include VAT on our products and delivery charges to all EU VAT countries. Our VAT number is 232 8490 07. You may generate an invoice which displays VAT from your My Account page.

Postal Service

If your order is placed before Midday Monday-Friday then it will be dispatched on the same day (excluding UK Bank Holidays), if it is after this it will be sent the following working day.

Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail using a tracked service, all timescales given are approximate and are from time of dispatch not order:

UK Standard: 2-4 working days (after dispatch)
UK Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (for orders placed prior to Midday Monday-Thursday and selected at checkout): Next working day by 1pm
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the world: 5-7 working days (Please note that you are responsible for any Customs Fees that you may incur when ordering outside of the UK. )

Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days have passed, so please allow this time before contacting us about your order.

Over the Christmas period parcels may take longer than the stated delivery time due to Royal Mail backlog.

We cannot pass individual delivery messages/requests onto Royal Mail relating to your parcel delivery.

Orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday only (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to rearrange or collect your item from the sorting office (Royal Mail) and its subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage for your order(s) to be resent to you. If your order hasn’t arrived you must contact us after 15 days to let us know.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct. If you provide the wrong address at checkout you remain liable for this. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage again. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, your order(s) will not be sent and refunds will not be issued until the parcel is returned back to our Distribution Centre.

Our Returns Policy can be found here. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. We are also unable to edit an order once payment has been processed.

Refunds are not applicable to Gift Vouchers or to downloadable products where the system shows you have downloaded your item. Each downloadable order allows you 1 download per item, please ensure that you save your product to your PC/laptop to print off when required. You will need a PDF Viewer to open your item.
