Since its creation in 2012, Run Mummy Run has expanded into a collective of multiple communities encompassing hundreds of thousands of women.

Run Mummy Run brings the women’s running community together, offering a safe, closed space for all women who run, whether you’re new to the sport or have been running for years. While the group was created by a mum of two boys – hence the name – Run Mummy Run is open to all women, at any stage of their running journey. We have an overriding ethos of kindness that flows through our group, and we are inclusive, welcoming all ages, abilities and backgrounds, connected by our shared love of running.
